Notice is hereby given that the official Annual General Meeting of Sydney Marathon Clinic AAC is to be held at the Arena Sports Club, Yagoona (entry off Boardman St) on Monday 4th September 2017 at 7pm.
The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:
- Welcome and approval of register of meeting attendees eligible to vote, proxies and apologies
- Minutes from the previous year’s Annual General Meeting
- Business arising from the previous minutes
- Annual Report of the Club, including the Annual Financial Statements
- Dissolution of current 2016/17 Committee
- Election of new committee and announcement of results
- General Discussion
- Close of meeting and schedule of first general committee meeting
The venue has a bistro, and depending on interest they will open the bistro for service of dinner at $20.00 if you want to have dinner prior to the meeting at 6pm. Members, please indicate your interest by 28th August 2017 (secretary).
